It’s Not About Me
My name is Lyndon Risser. This is not about me.
Everything here exists for one reason: the Great Commission. I’m simply a steward, pointing every leader I meet back to Him. If you remember one thing about me, let it be that I tried to get out of the way so you could see Christ more clearly.
It’s About the Great Commission
I’ve spent over 20 years as a business owner, coach, and ministry board member, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that none of it was ever about me. The wins, the wisdom, the platform — they were only ever tools for a greater purpose.
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations” (Matthew 28:19) isn’t a line I quote — it’s the reason I coach, write, and lead. Every conversation, every book, every leader I encourage is aimed at advancing His kingdom, not my name. My highest hope is that when people meet me, they walk away seeing more of Jesus and less of Lyndon.
My Purpose
By God’s grace, I will be known by those around me as the most loving and caring person they know while modeling a healthy sense of humor. I will die a successful man if my children can look into the eyes of every human being and see Jesus Christ.
My Mission
Because I believe in this generation and future generations, I am committed to doing all I can to support, encourage, and defend them as Christ followers.
My Vision
Inspire leaders to discover their created purpose and make God smile.
I personally cover all the costs of publishing this book, so that 100% of the proceeds go to ministry.
