These Terms govern your use of Clarity Library (www.c4conversations.com and related pages) operated by Coaching 4 Clarity. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clarity Library. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. About the site

Clarity Library is an informational site and storefront for books authored or recommended by Lyndon B. Risser, and a gateway to coaching offered by Coaching 4 Clarity. Book purchases are completed on third-party storefronts (currently Lulu and Amazon).

3. Orders and fulfillment

When you click a “buy” or “preorder” link, you are directed to a third-party retailer. Their terms, pricing, taxes, shipping policies, and delivery estimates apply to your order. Coaching 4 Clarity is not the merchant of record for those transactions and does not process your payment.

4. Preorders

The preorder edition of Kneel and Get Real is sold at a reduced price ahead of publication. The full book is scheduled to release in December 2026. If that date shifts, we’ll update the site with the latest information. Preorder buyers receive the six-chapter preorder deliverable now and the full book upon release, per the offer described on the preorder page.

5. Refunds — the 110% Clarity Factor Guarantee

If our books, resources, or coaching don’t deliver the clarity we promise, we’ll refund your investment in full plus an additional 10%. To request a refund under this guarantee, email Admin@C4Conversations.com within a reasonable time of your purchase with your order details and a brief note on what fell short. We’ll respond within a few business days and coordinate the refund directly with you or through the applicable retailer.

This guarantee is offered by Coaching 4 Clarity as a good-faith promise and is not a warranty against defects. Where a retailer’s own return policy provides a faster or fuller remedy, that policy also remains available to you.

6. Coaching services

Requesting a consultation through the site does not by itself create a coaching engagement. Any coaching relationship with Lyndon Risser or Coaching 4 Clarity is governed by the separate engagement agreement you sign before we begin working together.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Clarity Library — including book text, cover art, illustrations, site copy, logos, and the Coaching 4 Clarity and Clarity Factor marks — is owned by Lyndon B. Risser and Coaching 4 Clarity or used with permission. You may read, download, and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Free sample and downloads

Any free sample or preorder PDF is provided for your personal, non-commercial reading. Please do not repost or resell it.

9. User submissions

When you submit information through a form or by email, you grant Coaching 4 Clarity permission to read, store, and respond to it as described in our Privacy Policy. We will not publish your submission or use it as a testimonial without your permission.

10. Disclaimers

Content on Clarity Library is offered for informational and spiritual-encouragement purposes. It is not, and is not a substitute for, legal, financial, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice. The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coaching 4 Clarity, Lyndon B. Risser, and our contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a purchase made through it is limited to the amount you paid us for the item at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits the 110% Clarity Factor Guarantee described in Section 5, or any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (Lulu, Amazon, c4conversations.com, and others). We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices.

13. Acceptable use

Please don’t attempt to break, scrape aggressively, probe, or misuse the site, upload malicious content, or use the site to harass others. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who does.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
